How do I place an order?
To place an order, upload and crop your pictures, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. The process is quick and straightforward.

I checked out my item without uploading my images. What can I do?
No worries! You can still send us your photos after placing the order. Please email your photos to hellomakerbel@gmail.com and include your order ID. We recommend that you email your photos within 24 hours of placing the order to ensure timely processing. We suggest cropping your images to square shape before sending them to us.

Are there any requirements or restrictions for the image I upload?
For the best results, please upload high-quality photos to ensure the best possible outcome for your custom magnets. For image featuring people, portrait shots are preferable to large group pictures, as they provide better clarity and detail. Please note that we cannot process photos with sensitive or inappropriate content.

How should I upload images if I wish to purchase more than 1 set of magnets?
You can upload a maximum of 9 images at a time. If you need more than 1 set, upload 9 images and add the set to your cart. Then, repeat the process for additional sets.

Can I make changes or cancel my order after placing it?
Due to the custom nature of our products, changes cannot be made once production has begun. Please contact us to inquire about the status of your order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long will it take to receive my order?
Production begins upon order confirmation. Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 working days. Delivery times are usually 1-3 days for West Malaysia and 5-7 days for East Malaysia. Please note that production and delivery may be delayed due to Public Holidays.

Where is the order shipped from?
All orders are shipped from Ipoh, Malaysia.

Do you ship internationally?
We currenly only ship internationally to Singapore. If you wish to make a purchase from another country, please reach out to us, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Which courier do you use for shipping and what are the rates?
Both domestic and Singapore orders are shipped via J&T Express. We offer free shipping to West Malaysia and a flat rate of RM8 for East Malaysia. The shipping rate to Singapore is RM40.
